A Hungarian train travelling from Tatáról to Budapest was delayed for over an hour at Bicske station on October 4th due to the completion of the driver's scheduled work hours. The unexpected stop impacted many passengers, who were informed that the train's halt was neither due to a technical issue nor a traffic disruption, but rather because the train driver's shift had concluded.

According to reports, the conductor on board communicated to the passengers that the train would remain stationary until a replacement driver arrived. This announcement followed the departure of the original driver, who was obligated by regulatory constraints to discontinue his service after reaching the maximum permitted working hours. Many travellers opted to transfer to a later service, which continued its journey to Budapest ten minutes ahead of the immobilized train.
